The program was established in 1998 due to his strong desire to assist disadvantaged and troubled youth in need of positive role models, support, structure and appropriate discipline. Mr. Williams has over 20 years experience in the field of human services and has dedicated his life to developing programs to serve disadvantaged youth. He is responsible for overall leadership of staff in the development and implementation of short and long range plans and organizational policies. Mr. Williams is highly involved in the community and speaks to youth groups nationwide. He takes pride in ensuring that all of the programs under the Williams Life Center, Inc. umbrella are strength-based, family focused, and relevant to the needs of the population we serve. His vision has paved the way and set the standard for high quality care and accountability within the organization.
