L. Kai Boggess, has a combined 10 years experience in consulting, training, and program management. With a background in public administration, program management, and consulting, she has worked in a variety of environments including small business, corporate entities, non-profit and government sectors. Ms. Boggess has experience working with adolescent populations in the areas of employment, pre-adjudication supervision and court related educational training. As Director of Operations, Ms. Boggess is responsible for agency operations including human resources, resource allocation and operational process improvement. She works closely with program managers to define expectations in an effort to ensure quality services to our clients. Ms. Boggess is highly skilled in implementing strategies to strengthen management-employee relationships, employee performance measurement and managing contract compliance. Ms. Boggess has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Regis University.
